Pictures of Downtown

On Monday, Brian was off, so we ventured downtown to take some pictures. Despite the 457 mph winds. Wow, that wind was ridonculous.

Anyway, Brian shot with the new (old) Yashica TLR and I shot with the Sony DSLR. These are all pics I took, and are a few of my favorites from the day. You can click each to view larger.

























We want to go back when the conditions aren't so hostile. Seriously, that wind was ugly. Can't wait to get the prints back from the Yashica! I'll be sure to scan them in and share the shots Brian got, too.

Not too much to report, otherwise--I did just receive a huge, awesome box of supplies for the next issue, though! I've been busy already with projects for July/August. I am really excited about this issue!!

Also, Glee is back! All is so right with the world!

I decided to try a little something new with my blog to reflect my love for layering and all things vintage. I think I like it, but please give me your opinions. Love it? Hate it? Don't care either way? :P Be honest! I might change it back. Anyway, thanks.

Easter

We had a lovely Easter with family. Great food, egg hunt, and what *could* have been a beautiful day if it hadn't been 90 degrees and raining pollen. Ugh. But we still had a great time and got lots of great pictures!
